How the tenant portal works
A simple 4-step process — from logging the issue to sign-off. You'll get an update at every step via SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- 1
Log the issue
Fill in the form below with as much detail as possible. Photos help us send the right technician first time.
- 2
We confirm
Within 2 working hours we'll SMS or call to confirm we've received it and book a visit.
- 3
Technician visits
A vetted technician arrives in the agreed window. You'll get the name and vehicle details ahead of time.
- 4
Sign-off & follow-up
Once the job is done you sign-off digitally. We follow up after 7 days to confirm everything still works.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay for maintenance call-outs?+
No. Standard wear-and-tear repairs are covered by the landlord. You only pay if the damage was caused by misuse (e.g. flushing items down toilets, breaking fittings).
What counts as an emergency?+
Burst pipes, gas leaks, total loss of power or water, blocked main sewer, fire damage, broken external door/window that compromises security, or a flooded bathroom.
How long does an average repair take?+
Most plumbing and electrical jobs are resolved in one visit (1-3 hours). Bigger jobs (geyser replacement, tiling, mould treatment) are quoted first and may take 1-3 days.
Can I do my own minor repairs?+
Please don't. Always log it with us first — DIY work can void the lease and create safety risks. We'd rather come out for a small job than fix a bigger one.
What if no one is home during the visit?+
You can give written permission (via the form) for our technician to enter using the office key. We do not enter without your consent.
How do I cancel or reschedule?+
Reply to the confirmation SMS or call us on 069 404 7549 at least 4 hours before the visit.
